i have detailed info about reproduce this bug: (warly can reproduce this too, thanks for his help) run drakconf click "system" menu, and "users" icon then click "add user" cancel quit drakconf immediately lock files are still here: /etc/ptmp, /etc/gtmp ps auxw: root 21108 0.0 0.2 2676 928 pts/0 S 16:09 0:00 /usr/sbin/userhelper -w userdrake --embedded 35652093 21097 p.s: i try report this bug using drakbug, but it is impossible, because i can't log with my mandrakeexpert login :( maybe my faults, but whole drakbug web app is hard to understand and using. -- Linux 2.4.19-16mdk Mandrake Linux release 9.0 (Cooker) for i586 4:04pm up 6 days, 11:23, 6 users, load average: 0.00, 0.01, 0.00
