Hi,

/etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit invokes /bin/unicode_start $SYSFONT with explicit path (isn't a
PATH enough?) in two places. But unicode_start is in /usr/bin/ and it fails because
of that. Either unicode_start installation directory or rc.sysinit should be fixed,
preferably the first as /usr can get mounted only after displaying boot messages.
