That's the change. The licensing page now simply lays out the fees with no mention whatsoever of the old exception for free software. You have to look at the Wayback Machine or on some mailing lists to see copies of the old page with the exception, now. Some sites are already reporting Red Hat have removed mp3 decoding stuff from their current beta, btw...dunno if this is accurate. -- adamw
