Back when 8.2 was released there was an issue with smb and the released kernel. I believe that Warly mentioned that the intention was to get this issue resolved before the boxed sets were officially released. I have not noticed an updated kernel for 8.2, has the issue been resolved in another way or is a new kernel to be released soon?
