[Cooker] w3cam - interesting behavoir

Is anyone using w3cam?

I loaded it to play with, and have been having fun with it.  Noticed a 
problem, however.  If the screen refresh rate is set to anything other than 
"off" there won't be any picture in Konqueror in Linux or in IE5 under 
windoze. Konqueror shows "stalled" and the little wheel going round and 
round.  Dunno what IE5 does - a non-computer-savvy friend was checking for me 
but doesn't know what to look for.  It DOES seem to work OK in NETSCAPE.
