Hello all developers and fellow cooks,
Having had a decent time to live with Traktopel-3 I
feel ready to give me 2 cents' worth of reviews:
- Installing on my framebuffer-enabled desktop machine
the Traktopel images take up so much space that the
individual package being installed is not displayed
- Some packages missing from the CDs (openjade, isdn)
- Some packages not selectable in tree view but
magically appears in flat view
- Using DrakConf, when configuring networks Advanced
mode does not work
- Again when configuring networks, USB network cards
cannot be selected. Hacked around this by backing up
one of the listed network card driver, copying my USB
driver in its place (kaweth.o.gz) and selecting the
other card
- Could the X configuration for Sony's Vaio
Picturebooks (1024x480 LCD) be included? They are
available from stevebarr.com - requires a custom
modeline.
