[Cooker] SDL-dependant packages should be updated

Hi,
as SDL 1.2 is in Cooker, we should update the other new libs, SDL_image 1.2,
SDL_mixer 1.2 SDL_net 1.2 and smpeg 0.3.4
They should all compile fine. I have tested it with smpeg 0.3.4, which
resulted in a smpeg-player package depending on both libSDL1.1 and libSDL1.2,
so you should check this if you build a package.
