The hylafax.ppd file supplied with fax4CUPS-1.23 omits several parameters needed
by 'texttopps' in the CUPS program suite. Text files are translated into
Postscript files with many blank pages. Although one could argue that the bug
is with CUPS for allowing inconsistent ppd files, the one attached includes the
required ImageableArea parameters.
