I just built the 6Gb i686 version. Besides lilo complaining about labels that are too long it was a hitchless upgrade. Removed acpi=off from the append line, and everything is working! I see 3 USB busses (6 ports in total). Networking works, IDE is at UDMA133 (disk only goes to UDMA100).
