I didn't know what the heck to put this under but I didn't know of any better
place.
The problem is that I can't play any games that I installed before upgrading to
RC2 (not a clean install). When i try to play armyops (america's army) or et
(wolfenstein: enemy territory) I get this error message at the console:
 /bin/sh: bad interpreter: Permission denied
I do have permission to access those files. Not only do i have permission to
access and execute them, I own them (not root) so that isn't even an issue.
Then when i try to reinstall these games i can't do that either i get this error
as a normal user:
 sh: /mnt/stuff2/americasarmyops190-linux.bin: /bin/sh: bad interpreter:
Permission denied
and as root:
bash: /mnt/stuff2/americasarmyops190-linux.bin: /bin/sh: bad interpreter:
Permission denied
The same thing goes for enemy territory.
I don't know about you guys but these are definitely showstoppers for me.
I'm going to try installing UT 2k3 now and if that doesn't work we definitely
have a problem...
