[Cooker] Yamaha YMF support for sounddrake

I noticed in recompiling 2.2.16-3 that there is now *boggle* support
for the legacy mode of the Yamaha YMF series PCI soundcards.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be well documented (not in the
ymf_sb.c source either).  Any projections on how long it will be
before SoundDrake will be able to detect and configure these?
