I have also the same probleme with my mandrake ( 9.1 patched with some cookers 
rpm ), and i dont understand what is wrong.

my wine is working, but for this I had to install by hand : that is to say 
copy and place programe files in the right place and after the program work.
It seems to have a time delay communication whith my /dev/hdb1, but I have no 
idea to solve this.
