Yes it is still valid, the package for the catalan translation of koffice 1.3
beta can be found at
ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/unstable/koffice-1.2.91/src/koffice-i18n-ca-1.2.91.tar.bz2
And i still don't see koffice-i18n-ca at the cooker rpm.
