And which is thus in no previous releases ... whereas without requiring all this we can currently build down to 8.2 (I have binaries, but find-requires segfaulted in my 8.2 chroot this morning for no reason and I couldn't get rpm to make packages), and if we don't run autoconf, we can probably build on 8.1, and if we make xml and krb5 optional we could build on 8.0 ... (which I will have to consider the value of, considering 8.0 is unsupported, and I think 8.1 also as of recently). (the samba team provides samba3 binaries for Redhat 6.2!)
