[Cooker] msec and ftp

I have installed proftpd in /home and when I try to access my ftpserver a
few days later I can't.. When i find the problem it is that /home/ftp is
set to chmod 700. OK I change that to 755. A feww days later It is back to
700. Is this msec that changes that or?? 
Im the only one that have acess to the system and I have not change that.
It's a bit iritating to get my ftp servers rights destroyed all the
time...

Does anyone hav e a solution?
