[Consdistlist] Seeking information about a proposed (in the early 1970s) center for scientific examination of works of art at Tel Aviv University

I am seeking information the relationship between Robert S. Aries,
chemist and author of “Les faux dans la peinture et l’expertise
scientifique” (1965) and Dr. Samuel Schweitzer, professor of engineering
science especially in relation to a proposal  (made around 1971 but never
brought to fruition) to create a center for scientific and technical
examination  (and possibly conservation) of works of art at Tel Aviv
University.
