This patchset refactors the API SendProperty function to a bit
better shape, and then implements ClearProperty so that it will
1) Prevent clearing the 'Error' field
2) Allow clearing readwrite fields to defaults.
The defaults are as following:
- AutoConnect True
- Nameservers.Configuration []
- Timeservers.Configuration []
- Domains.Configuration []
- Proxy.Configuration {"method": "auto"}
