If you get an error just by running './config.guess' on the command line, please run the command sh -x ./config.guess > config-guess.trace.txt 2>&1 and then reply to this message with the file config-guess.trace.txt attached. If you do *not* get an error when you run config.guess by itself, please ask for help on a riscv-toolchain mailing list or forum. They will be much better equipped to tell whether this is really a problem with config.guess, and what to do about it either way. zw
