Yes.

I have sent a message from another address to ass...@gnu.org requesting
the relevant paperwork and citing your message in the list archives.
The FSF already knows that I am the same person at both addresses.

I use a different email address for handling copyright paperwork that
lands on my desktop instead of fencepost, but I prefer that public
revision histories show my gnu.org address now that I have one, instead
of implicitly advertising an email service known for non-Free Webmail.

I expect to be asked what "program or package" this contribution is for;
how do I correctly refer to these scripts for that purpose?  I would
like to be able to take care of the paperwork now to include possible
future similar cleanups to config.sub at the least.
