I have replaced config.guess file to three different directories as below.
is there more directories to copy?
~/mycroft-core/mimic/config/config.guess
~/mycroft-core/mimic/config/config.sub
/usr/share/automake-1.15/config.guess
/usr/share/automake-1.15/config.sub
/usr/share/misc/config.guess
/usr/share/misc/config.sub

OK, so there is nothing wrong with your script. The problem must be
that it's not copied everywhere it needs to be.
