I have a problem to install NetCDF-3.6.2 but I not sure what the problem really is. I just follow instruction for this link ' https://www.myroms.org/wiki/index.php/ROMS_Cygwin'. here I have attached the the problem in this text file. I hope you can guide me through this. Thank you.
