Doesn't look like your board is supported for Windows 2008 R2, you can try to get the device ID from the device manager and search google with that, you might find a driver that is compatible. I would recommend if you are going to use Server 2008R2 to disable the on board LAN card and buy a nice dual gigabit card that is supported for Server2008R2.
