No I have not. I troubleshot the problem with a Dell rep who ran a diagnostic (he basically had me press the fn key simultaneous with the start button and a diagnostic came up) and after all the diagnostics ran he said the keyboard was bad and so I ordered one for about $20.00. Hopefully this will solve the problem. I appreciate your input.
