Unfortunately changing the URL in the ant build script (i.e.
build-javascript.xml) produces the following error:
java.net.UnknownHostException: svn.dojotoolkit.org
So it looks like the automated download can't be fixed ATM. I opened a ticket
10 months ago asking dojo to add the jar to the maven repo - but no progress so
far:
