Thanks for the review [~vinayrpet] . Based on latest precommit build result,
the only checkstyle issue remaining is about file length > 2000 lines (File
length is 3,743 lines (max allowed is 2,000)).
But the file was already big before these changes, we can ignore it in my
opinion.
