I'd like for test-patch.sh to pass all of the various {{-Drequire}} flags to
{{mvn}}, so that we get a full build. HDFS-8346 documents a build break that
we've had in libwebhdfs for a long time. This would have been caught trivially
during pre-commit if test-patch.sh was passing {{-Drequire.libwebhdfs}}.
Here is a full list of the flags:
{{-Drequire.bzip2}}
{{-Drequire.snappy}}
{{-Drequire.openssl}}
{{-Drequire.fuse}}
{{-Drequire.libwebhdfs}}
When we do this, we might find that some of the dependencies need to get
deployed to the Jenkins hosts.
