I appreciate if this is committed to branch-2 too because it makes it easier
creating branch-2 patch for MAPREDUCE-6260 and HADOOP-11593. The 3 files moved
by the patch were identical between branch-2 and trunk and are not updated in
branch-2 since moved. The patch seems to be still applicable to branch-2.
