Thanks Ray, the patch reduces extra {{Map.get(Object key)}}. These test
failures look unrelated to the patch. I ran TestRMRestart locally and passed.
See YARN-1778 for TestFSRMStateStore.
By the way, I'm not sure why Jenkins ran the tests of
hadoop-yarn-server-resourcemanager module instead of hadoop-common.
Resubmitting the patch. +1 pending Jenkins.
