I think BUILDING.txt could use a new coat of paint and probably some dusting
off. It still talks about jdk1.6 :(
Those are also nowhere near all the native dependencies, although many native
deps are optional. If you look in the CMakeLists.txt, you'll find many more
libraries we should probably add to BUILDLING.txt.
