Thank you guys a lot for the earlier reviews. Since we are talking about 2.7
and 2.8 now, I hope we can get this issue resolved as soon as possible. Rev8
addressed (or attempted to address) all of your earlier comments. It might be
out-of-date now, but if you could review it on top of trunk revision 6caa810
(on which latest jenkins test was run), I will rebase it on latest while
addressing your new comments if there are any. Appreciate your help very much!
