The {{KerberosAuthenticationHandler}} currently defines no default value for
the "{{.kerberos.name.rules}}" config key, which means that users who use this
class and don't set this setting will get an NPE. We should set the default for
this "DEFAULT" like it is for the other Kerberos name mapping properties in
Hadoop.
