Did a quick review with [~owen.omalley] and [~gkesavan] today. Two things came
out of that:
* HADOOP_CONF_DIR should be at the back of the classpath
* --daemon should support 'status' in addition to start and stop (which means
I'll close YARN-2346 as a dupe of this one)
The first one is easy to do.
The second one will be a bit more work, but nothing horrific.
