Actually, [~chrili], can you move the test from
hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/src/test/java/org/apache/hadoop/security to
hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/src/test/java/org/apache/hadoop? +1 once it is
addressed.
