I'm attaching patch v3 to fix the test failures. Here is a summary of changes
since v2:
# {{TestMerger}} and {{TestClientServiceDelegate}}: Correct assertions on
floating point numbers to specify a delta.
# {{TestRMHA}}: Clear metrics state between tests. Previously, the test
execution order masked this problem. Tests execute in a different order with
JUnit 4.11.
# {{TestMRApps}}: Correct a subtle one-character but that was causing an
assertion failure. Previously, this problem had been masked by test execution
order setting up the mock {{FileSystem}} correctly, which would then get used
in multiple tests due to the {{FileSystem}} cache.
Let's try Jenkins again.
