[~tucu00]] - what do you think about making this a comma delimited or hashtag
(#thatshowweroll) based set of labels that could be used for any number of
purposes?
I can think of a few purposes relative to classification, etc:
Governance policy may require varying rules for rolling keys based on data
classification level for instance.
Additional authorization checks could also be made based on group membership
relative to the classification of the key, etc.
This would be similar to the labels used in accumulo for cell level security.
