Documentation on page:

contains steps like:
$ cp conf/*.xml input
but after checked out repository "conf" does not exists (I quess it was moved
to etc/hadoop)
Few lines below in section "Execution" there are steps:
$ bin/hadoop namenode -format - OK
$ bin/start-all.sh - this file has been removed
