Adds an optional label to the Metadata for keys.
Adds a {{public Map<String, Metadata> getKeysMetadata()}} method to the
{{KeyProvider}}.
Patch is ready but it depends on HADOOP-10429, HADOOP-10428, HADOOP-10427. Once
they are in I'll set this JIRA as patch-avail.
