[~arpitagarwal] HADOOP-10070 seems to be required. I merged HADOOP-10070 from
trunk to 2.4 locally and the TestSaslRPC passed.
Direct merge of HADOOP-10070 from trunk to 2.4 failed on one file, but it was
easy to fix it manually from the .rej file. If needed, I can attach the patch
required to merge HADOOP-10070 to 2.4
