Ivan, I feel that fixing a bug in HarFileSystem is outside the scope of this
JIRA and would be best to address it separately so that it can get the full
attention it needs. In my mind there should only be changes to test code for
this JIRA to be completed successfully. If you agree, please file a separate
JIRA for the issues in HarFileSystem.
