Description:
NodeGroup layer in NetworkTopology is supported after 1.2.0 release for hadoop
better running on virtualization or other additional layer cases. A document
settings in hdfs-site.xml and mapred-site.xml to enable this layer for
BlockPlacementPolicy and map task scheduling is necessary.
A draft doc for user guide is already attached in HADOOP-8468 before. However,
