I've modified following two things.
1. Modified test materials related to testHDFSConf.xml
I've expanded testHDFSConf.xml to be able to use stdin as a source of
put/copyFromLocal and added some test cases.
I've modified TestHDFSCLI.java, CLITestHelper.java, CLICommand.java,
CommandExecutor.java to use testHDFSConf I've expanded.
2. Modified TestFsShellCopy.java
I've also modified TestFsShellCopy.java to test the cases which use stdin as a
source of put/copyFromLocal.
