Thanks for taking care of this, Alejandro! When we commit this, we may want to
send notice to common-dev stating that you need to do a full project mvn
install again (or at least hadoop-maven-plugins) to put the new mojo into the
local repository. Also, we may want to commit HADOOP-9279 first, which changes
BUILDING.txt to explain the use of hadoop-maven-plugins.
