Looked into the testing results of HADOOP-8805-v3.patch. Test failures are not
related to changes in this patch.
Out of the 4 findbug warnings, 3 of them are in the protocbuf generated code
(which we can't change), the rest one is from Configuration class which is
unrelated to this patch.
