@adoroszlai, the change fully makes sense - use git commit sha1 (long
version) as the tag to dedup.
I haven't been aware that Hadoop has such a docker branch ... it looks
totally different from the trunk codebase, I wonder why not manage it using a
dedicated repo like `apache/ozone-docker`
