Adding general terms for both to be used for future cases:
DEFAULT_FS_AZURE_LOWEST_REQUEST_PRIORITY_VALUE- Value as 7- this can be used
as default when we want the request to have lowest priority
DEFAULT_FS_AZURE_STANDARD_REQUEST_PRIORITY_VALUE- Value as 3- this is the
standard req priority value and will be set as minimum for reqs where we want
lowest priorities and maximum for reqs where we want highest priorities
