### Description of PR
org.apache.hadoop.yarn.webapp.TestWebApp.testCustomRoutes
org.apache.hadoop.yarn.webapp.TestWebApp.testDefaultRoutes
org.apache.hadoop.yarn.webapp.TestWebApp.testYARNWebAppContext
These sometimes fail if some other tests are run in between them.
This was addressed by changing the webapp id to a name unique to the test.

All existing unit tests pass and continue to pass
