Hi @slfan1989
Apologies for adding more comments after completion.
Seems like while reviewing I missed a part where a change in assumption was
leading to majority of tests getting skipped.
Thanks to @bhattmanish98 for pointing this out.
After fixing that I do see a few more test failures.
