Looks like vcpkg is installing boost 1.72. According to https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/issues/40558 Boost 1.86 should be available in vcpkg. I'm not familiar with the tool. I have googled it, and I can see that it supports a "vcpkg.json" config file, but there is none in the Hadoop repo. What would be the preferred way to fix this @GauthamBanasandra ?
