I see you added a comment to
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-18587 about the issue yesterday.
The point about needing a new JIRA still stands.
It will be a while until the next hadoop release. It's likely that this will
be merged but until there is a release, you will have to do the exclusion in
your own build script as well.
