Review Comment:
Updated it to use `cleanupWithLogger(log, closeables)` directly. Since the
class is IA.Public, maybe we could wait a little longer before removing it
completely? Or I can do it in separate sub-task as well for better tracking of
removal of IA.Public utility method.
